And that brings this chapter to an end. It was an enriching, healing, stimulating time and a great privilege to be able to spend it with such fantastic people.

For one year, I will be studying for a Master's degree in photography at the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan. I'm very much looking forward to continuing my education, learning and researching, as well as intensively exploring the question of my artistic future.

About 15 months ago – das schulhaus – should have been completely renovated. The new darkroom should have been set up long ago. Well - it's still not finished. There are always new surprises, setbacks, wrong decisions made a long time ago that have to be painstakingly ironed out, interpersonal disappointments and the list goes on. But above all, I was able to experience the support of wonderful people. They helped, consoled, strengthened, baked cakes for the breaks on the construction site. Kisses go out! In addition, there are exciting ideas and plans for the future of my work. Until then, hopefully, the final spurt.

Currently we are getting ready for our next exhibition in the Galerie Peter Zimmermann in Mannheim. The exhibition will be open to visit from the 12th of march until the 23rd of april.

We are excited to let you know that our exhibition in Düsseldorf is up until 27 June. Galerie Kirbach.

Our next exhibition is just around the corner. It will be open on weekends for four weeks. Galerie André Kirbach Düsseldorf.

As it is not yet possible to visit the Deltabeben exhibition, videos of all participating artists will be available soon.

The exhibition ‘zu zweit’ (as a duo) will open this weekend at Galerie Vayhinger in Singen. The preview will take place on Saturday, 5 September at 5 p.m. and the opening on Sunday, 6 September at 11 a.m. On both days, there will be an artist talk with Prof. Dr. Anna-Gisbertz. Due to the current situation, admission is only possible with advance registration.

Deceleration. It is not accurate for everyone, but for many people this corona crisis also brings a lot of deceleration with it. Work appointments, fairs, exhibitions, performances, concerts, all have been cancelled until a not known date. But also private plans are completely put on ice. I have been noticing that many people around me seem to feel a kind of relief that „everything is slowing down“. Apart from all the worries and pain this crisis brings with it, this really makes me think. The desire for tranquility is immense. I wonder if this will be something we can learn from and after all of this is over welcome the quietness into our lives more often. To heal, to dream, to create,

Steffen Diemer and I traveled to the coast of the Bretagne, France to continue work on our new project about the sea. Using a large format camera enables me to slow down the whole working process and focus on the chosen motive.

Steffen Diemer and I had the great chance to contribute some of our work to this well curated exhibition. It will be open to view until the 23rd of December in the Stadtmuseum Kaiserslautern.

It has been an incredible honor to meet his holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. Together with Steffen Diemer we exclusively photographed his visit in Heidelberg.

Hanging of the exhibition "Die verborgene Gegenwart" (the hidden present) in the Galerie Maul, Ladenburg. Together with students of the University of Mannheim and their lecturer PD Dr. Anna-Katharina Gisbertz we, Steffen Diemer and I, created a symbiosis of short stories and photographs which is now presented as part of the Ladenburger Literaturtage. Vernissage will take place at the 28th of June at 5pm in the Galerie Maul, Ladenburg.

The beginning of the cooperation with the University of Mannheim. Together with the photographer & artist Steffen Diemer, PD Dr. Anna Gisbertz and a group of her students, we are working on a group exhibition. A combination of texts written by the students and photographs from Steffen Diemer and me will be shown during the Ladenburger Literaturtage, starting at the 28th of June 2018 for fourteen days in the Gallery Maul.
